Every November we release our special Christmas Curry for the few weeks leading up to the festivities - and every year it proves to be a top seller.
It all comes from when Andrew was growing up in Singapore, his father would insist on the ritual turkey, stuffing, sprouts and all the trimmings on Christmas Day. Their cook and housekeeper would then turn the leftovers into a very hot curry for Boxing Day. We have re-created the spices - making it milder for our western palates so it enjoyed by all ages and tastes.
The Bitspicy Christmas Curry is the perfect way to use up the contents of your fridge - turkey, veggies, and the magic ingredient: Cranberry sauce! The Cranberry sauce adds a subtle sweet and sour flavour which everyone will love. This spice blend also works with lamb and redcurrant jelly, or as a sauce to pour over a vegan festive feast. Coronation Turkey in a sandwich is also a delicious way to use up the meat!
