All orders are sent via our friendly local post office. You will receive an email once it has been dispatched. UK orders over £23 do not incur a postage charge. UK orders under £23 only: if you would prefer that your postman leaves it in a safe place of your choosing please opt for the standard 2nd class delivery which does not need to be signed for. We are unable to take responsibility for orders going astray if you choose this option.

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 14 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage is required or the return of the damaged item in order to request a replacement or refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
