• Keralan curry: a medium heat South Indian tomato curry, lovely with butternut squash, cauliflower and just about any vegetable!

• Chickpea and potato curry: this slightly hot blend contains mango powder to give a lovely sour tang;

• Smoky chilli: cook with lots of beans and vegetables and serve with guacamole and a spicy salsa!

All the spice blends come with their own recipes, and the curries all use our special ‘secret sauce’.
