Our lovely tin, ready-filled with a seasonal selection of spices:

• Christmas curry: warming cinnamon and paprika are included in our special blend. Add your leftover cranberry sauce or redcurrant jelly for a unique tangy flavour!

• Kashmiri curry: if you prefer lamb, try this curry, which uses lime juice and yoghurt for a light fragrant dish.

• Indonesian korma: this coconut-based curry is delicious with fish.

• Sambhar: a delicious vegetarian dish of potatoes and spinach will certainly ring the changes at Christmas!

All the spice blends come with their own recipes, using our special ‘secret sauce’.
