Tandoori: a very familiar blend, ours has no bright food colouring so it grills to a warm bronze rather than a scary magenta!

Satay: lightly grill for a few minutes (chicken always takes less cooking than you think!) and serve with our recipe for peanut sauce.

Marrakech rub: a vibrant blend of chillies and Mediterranean herbs, perfect for a leg of lamb, or even pork chops.

Malay East Coast spices : includes the recipe for our Kuantan Dipping Chicken, a zingy blend for chunks of chicken or pork burger. Serve with our recipe for sweet and sour dipping sauce, which you can make as spicy as you like!
